Synaelo is designed to transform study materials into personalized learning experiences. This policy explains what information the app may process and the choices available to you.
Information you provide
This may include account details, uploaded PDFs, images or text, learning preferences, education level, and answers to study questions. Uploaded materials are processed only to provide the app’s study-set features.
How information is used
We use information to create and store study sets, personalize explanations and questions, track learning progress, maintain account security, provide support, and improve reliability.
Service providers
Synaelo may use trusted infrastructure and AI providers to securely process uploads and generate learning content. We do not sell personal information or uploaded notes.
Retention and deletion
Study materials remain available until you delete the related study set or account. Deleting a study set removes its associated material from active Synaelo storage, subject to short-lived operational backups.
Your choices
You can edit learning preferences, export an account summary, delete individual study sets, or request deletion of your account from within the app.
Children
Synaelo is not intended for children under 13 without the involvement and consent of a parent, guardian, school, or other authorized adult.
